Richard is a founding partner of Larsen and Edlund. A graduate of Loyola University School of Law, he was admitted to practice law in Illinois in 1970. Richard was admitted as a member of the bar for the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, in 1970; and the United States Supreme Court in 1981.
